Responsibility

  • processing purchase orders for customers
  • handling email and telephone enquiries from customers and suppliers
  • building their quotes up
  • working closely with other departments to help the customer
  • process supplier invoices, reconciliation of statements and the logging and recording of purchase orders
  • general scanning, photocopying, filing, document creation and necessary spreadsheets. as required
  • help maintain a clean and tidy work environment
