- handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food preparation
- prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for customers, if trained in bartending
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Requirements
- previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting is preferred, but not required
- excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- strong multitasking and time management abilities
- knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
