Responsibility

  • working in our office and visiting clients properties, you will be liaising with clients, consultants, planners etc
  • you will be undertaking surveys, scheme designs, preparing planning applications, building regulation applications and working drawings
  • the office is always busy and with a varied workload and you will need to become a good all-rounder
  • this is a busy office and you will be expected to be able to work largely unsupervised
  • you will be given the opportunity to develop yourself, the more you can do, the more responsibilities we will give you. Using Autocad constantly, along the MS office software
  • we would also be interesting in hearing from candidates who in addition to using Autocad can quickly prepare hand sketched design proposals using sketch-up

Requirements

  • more important is that you are experienced
  • you will need to have been using Autocad on a daily basis
  • sketch-up ability would also be an advantage as would the ability to hand-draw and specification writing with NBS
  • we are looking for 10+ years experience and a willingness to keep on learning
