Requirements

  • minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar IT/Support role
  • CCNA certification
  • experience of EIGRP, OSPF, Spanning-Tree, MPLS/VPLS, VPN’s and Wireless standards
  • strong Windows and Microsoft based knowledge
  • microsoft 365 knowledge / MAC knowledge
  • troubleshooting skills
  • hands-on experience of network design, implementation and troubleshooting including cabling installation
  • some Linux experience is desirable but is not essential
