  • we are recruiting for a Senior Sales Manager to join our sales team in Chiswick, West London
  • alternergy is a leading UK-based solar energy company dedicated to providing innovative and sustainable energy solutions
  • lead and manage a team of regional sales managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve sales targets
  • work closely with the sales team to establish individual sales targets, providing clear objectives and performance expectations
  • implement a robust performance management system that tracks sales performance, identifies areas for improvement, and recognizes top performers
  • provide ongoing coaching and training to sales team members, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • additionally, you will be responsible for building out a small European operation utilising our Irish warehouse

  • demonstrated experience in developing and executing sales strategies that have resulted in significant business growth and market expansion
