Working hours

Responsibility

  • management Accountancy
  • assist with Management Reporting
  • collaborate with the Financial Controller for cash flow reporting daily
  • collaborate with the Financial Controller with month end reports in line with company deadlines
  • month end bank Reconciliation
  • ad hoc reporting
  • collaborate with the Financial Controller to assist with VAT and general tax returns and assist with any capital allowance & R&D work
  • collaborate with the Financial Controller to produce year end statutory accounts, end of year tax schedules and deal with any ad hoc queries

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent

Requirements

  • at least 2 years’ experience in an accountancy role/ ideally smaller business
  • part-qualified Accountant - ACCA, CIMA
  • focused, commercial approach with a desire to rapidly grow finance knowledge
  • experience of Xero would be advantageous
  • accounting: 2 years
