Responsibility

  • managing 15 - 20 live projects at any one time, resolving any technical and design matters and ensuring client satisfaction
  • due to our continued success, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our company based in Havant, Hampshire. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary
  • liaising with internal team members i.e. CAD, logistics and factory production as well as external service providers
  • ALPS Limited is a major supplier of building products to the construction industry, specialising in ventilation and screening louvres and solar shading systems
  • conduct drawing reviews for client approval or amendment
  • compile cutting lists/BOM for manufacture and installation
  • to ensure company SOP and H&S procedures are adhered to
  • maintain project budget and profit margins and ensure variations are appropriately managed and recorded

Requirements

  • effective previous experience in construction/architectural engineering/project management areas
  • prince 2 or APM
  • SMSTS
  • microsoft Projects
  • strong communications skills
  • time management and organisation skills
