Responsibility
- within our fast-growing IT and Business Software Solution’s company you will have a pivotal role as a dynamic Project Liaison Administrator
- this role will suit a bright individual who is organised, effective and efficient
- coordinate with all internal staff who will be delivering each project

- manage customer and staff expectations ensuring they are defined and achievable
- your main responsibility is to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the various different projects alongside a multidisciplinary project team, updating customers when needed
- help allocate and schedule resources effectively
- liaise with clients to ensure consistent updates are provided
- communicate with staff to keep within budgeted time frames and update clients when nearing the allocated budgets
- generate and produce reports for the Managing Director
- manage and maintain relevant filing systems and databases
- update information, monitor and track progress on customer projects
- administrate new contracts and manage existing contract administration
- provide other appropriate ad hoc duties and administrative support within the business, as and when required
Requirements
- good basic commercial understanding
- A graduate or A’ level or good GCSE results
- people Management skills

- experience in a related role such as, Coordinator, Receptionist, Project Manager, or relevant positions from any other business sector

- IT Background

- ideally familiar with scheduling and/or coordinating
- confidence in decision making
- someone with relevant experience or a “good story to tell” from another industry who wants to get into the fast-growing IT and Business Software Solutions industry
