  • completing daily reporting and administer Accounts email inbox
  • monthly payment runs to suppliers
  • monthly bank reconciliations, and transfer of funds as advised by the Finance Manager/Partners
  • production of monthly customer statements, allocation of payments received, and day to day credit control duties
  • monthly posting of accruals and prepayments to the ledger, and reconciliation of control accounts
  • other admin duties set up by the Finance Manager
