  • opportunities are available at our popular Alpha Kindergarten Fletton setting and our brand new Alpha Kindergarten Stanground site
  • you must have at least relevant and recognised level 3 qualification in childcare/early years to be considered to for this role
  • we are looking room leaders, who are at least childcare level three qualified with at least 1 year room leader experience or the experience to step up
  • each day, you will lead the team in your room to provide amazing opportunities to help children learn, play and grow. You will be ensuring high standards in your room, creating an exceptional room environment and supporting your team in their roles
