senior paraplanner
Responsibility
- managing incoming new business across multiple products, within a team
- processing of new business from obtaining quotations, sending applications, monitoring progress and chasing through to completion
- product research and comparison using relevant computer software
- making up and maintaining client permanent files
- dealing with work arising from daily post and ensuring client reviews are met within timescales required
- booking appointments and interview rooms where necessary
- ensuring client files are compliant and include current money laundering documents
- prepare applications including obtaining Key Features, Illustrations and Fund Fact Sheets ready for FPM appointments
Requirements
- at least 3 full years' of Paraplanning experience, skilled in replacement advice
- experience with Xplan
- diploma Qualified
- incredibly organised, with an eye for detail
- paraplanning: 3 years
- pension Switch Report Writting: 3 years
- exceptional customer service: telephone and email communication and interpersonal skills are also required along with IT proficiency
