Working hours
- full-time | Part-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and any inquiries throughout the night
- maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the lobby, common areas, and other assigned spaces
- handle luggage and provide assistance with guests' belongings as needed
- attend to guest requests, such as providing toiletries, extra towels, blankets, etc
- perform security checks and monitor the premises to ensure guests' safety and security during night hours
- set up conference rooms, meeting areas, or other event spaces as required
- assist with maintaining stock levels of supplies, amenities, and linens
- provide general information to guests about the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Requirements
- previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is preferred but not essential
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
- A professional and friendly demeanor with the capability to make guests feel welcome
- ability to work overnight shifts, as well as weekends and holidays
- physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting luggage, moving furniture, and standing for extended periods
- knowledge of local attractions and points of interest is a plus
