Responsibility

  • to answer the phone and take all necessary details/ book appointments for the sales team
  • input customer jobs/ enquiries into our systems data base and delegate the enquiries to the sales persons
  • to maintain the highest level of contact service to all customers
  • general admin office duties
  • to go through planning portals and make contact with any new projects that may be up and coming and follow through with them
  • contact other trades such as building companies, architects, window companies and builders merchants to see if our products are of interest to there businesses

Requirements
