Responsibility
- responsible for the day-to-day management of the Service delivery
- planning, booking and organising services, breakdowns and repairs
- communicating with all stakeholders ensuring they are updated at every step of the process
- manage all inbound and outbound telephone calls
- processing parts orders and managing stocks, ensuring availability for our engineers
- processing purchase orders, purchase invoices and sales invoices
- entering data onto the finance system
- assist with internal audits
Requirements
- experience of working in a similar environment
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- ability to organise a busy workload and operate at a fast pace
- ability to prioritise own workload with minimal supervision and use of own initiative
- proficient customer service skills
- attention to detail to process data and information accurately
