Responsibility
- analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of projects throughout all delivery stages
- lead and guide the work of technical staff
- work to ensure project deadlines and quality requirements are met or exceeded
- serve as a first point of contact for customer’s questions and concerns on project tracking and delivery, including billing inquiries
- other duties as assigned by Management
- serve as a point of contact and work with the functional managers to define resource requirements and ensure proper resource allocation to projects
- proactively communicate with clients regarding the status of commitments and deliverables, ensuring that appropriate expectations are being set and risks escalated in a timely manner
- monitor and report on the progress of assigned projects to customers and internal stakeholders. Implement and manage project scope changes to achieve desired project outputs
Education
- bachelor’s degree in Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or similar field
- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification, or willingness to pursue
Requirements
- minimum of 5-10 years’ experience project/program management
- 3 years of work experience implementing financial softwareor
- requires skills and experience in Agile or waterfall methodologies
- understanding of the private equity industry; Relational databases and software development lifecycle
- strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing priorities
- experience with OpenAir or similar Professional Services Automation software desired
