ALLVUE SYSTEMS is looking for employees for positions:

project manager

Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of projects throughout all delivery stages
  • lead and guide the work of technical staff
  • work to ensure project deadlines and quality requirements are met or exceeded
  • serve as a first point of contact for customer’s questions and concerns on project tracking and delivery, including billing inquiries
  • other duties as assigned by Management
  • serve as a point of contact and work with the functional managers to define resource requirements and ensure proper resource allocation to projects
  • proactively communicate with clients regarding the status of commitments and deliverables, ensuring that appropriate expectations are being set and risks escalated in a timely manner
  • monitor and report on the progress of assigned projects to customers and internal stakeholders. Implement and manage project scope changes to achieve desired project outputs

Education

  • bachelor’s degree in Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or similar field
  • PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification, or willingness to pursue

Requirements

  • minimum of 5-10 years’ experience project/program management
  • 3 years of work experience implementing financial softwareor
  • requires skills and experience in Agile or waterfall methodologies
  • understanding of the private equity industry; Relational databases and software development lifecycle
  • strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing priorities
  • experience with OpenAir or similar Professional Services Automation software desired
