Responsibility
- learning and understanding the various different industries within the overall pharmaceutical sector
- sourcing new clients to work with AllPharma
- building professional relationships with industry contacts
- utilising your experienced resourcer to find you candidates
- understanding your candidates needs, selling to candidates the various exciting opportunities you have and submitting their CV in a timely manner
- managing the interview process, and successfully closing the offer to completion
- working closely with the owner
- if needed, attending industry events and general desk related administration
Requirements
- 1-2 years recruitment experience or sales experience in a sector that demands resilience
- open to either a mid level consultant or senior manager therefore mininum 2-3 years industry experience
- good phone manner
- an in depth understanding of the medical device / med tech market
- able to be extremely organised and manage time effectively
- A history of strong billings and passion for the sector
- strong hunger to learn and be inquisitive
- experience of managing a team would be desirable
