  • taking inbound enquires via telephone or email and following up with customers via telephone/email
  • inputting orders and enquiries into a windows-based ERP stock control system
  • no prior knowledge of the products is needed as full training will be provided
  • purchasing back to back material for customers when required
  • basic PC skills knowledge
  • develop new accounts from leads and contact list
  • the successful candidate will need to be accountable for their own performance, time management and sales targets
