Requirements
we need a reliable accounting assistant to help with reconciling all our bank transactions in xero with the corresponding receipts that get scanned into autoentry
accounting: 1 year
bookkeeping: 1 year
there's also some office admin tasks such as mailing refund cheques, changing billing details on certain platforms, that will require you to be here in the office to collaborate effectively and securely
the bulk of our accounts process is automated, and our Accountants process all our PAYE, Corportate accounts etc, so you do not need to be qualified. But attention to details and reliability are vital for this position
we will provide a computer for you to work on while in the office, but you need your own device to work on while remote working
