- work with a variety of stakeholders to play a key role in the development of a company Product Information Management system
- work with the Financial Controller and Finance & Systems Director to develop companywide financial reporting
- work with the Procurement Manager and Procurement Director to develop systems and processes to enable faster access to procurement information
- responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of finance and procurement reporting systems and processes to ensure the integrity of data and information
- work with the Finance Team on the development and upkeep of the company data visualisation software
- provide support when needed to the Buying Team on supplier and client analysis
- help deliver the company cloud storage solution rebuild
- responsible for the monthly production of client information
- strong IT skills, including being able to demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- an interest or previous experience in foodservice
- have excellent analytical and mathematical skills

- able to analyse, interpret and present complex data
- proficient in coding
- able to understand, evaluate and interpret data, including identifying apparent inconsistencies and opportunities

- provide support to the Procurement Manager on major categories and suppliers
- develop and oversee service level agreements to performance manage assigned categories and suppliers in line with company buying strategy
- deliver against commercial targets or requirements
- deliver Buying team tasks to plan
- delivery and management of Buying team projects to plan
- action assigned cases to target
- undertake report writing and analysis, turning data into insight and informative reports for key external stakeholders
- support the business by providing procurement advice and development opportunities with new and existing clients
