  • product Support / Customer Service background preferably within a similar role with at least 12 months experience
  • excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages

Responsibility

  • product support enquiries providing advice, guidance, suitability and direction for repairs and replacement parts
  • ability to deal with complaints and diffuse difficult situations
  • computer entry via Zendesk CRS. Full training given
  • caseload management - fully recording customer and product details accurately to support quality management reporting
  • administration of couriers/consignments
  • daily liaison with company internal departments and third parties to resolve queries
  • maintain expert knowledge of Company product range and all necessary and relevant industry legislation
  • ability to use various contact methods including email, telephone and social media

Requirements

  • high standard of communication skills, both verbal and written
  • organised approach with the ability to evaluate and prioritise consumer needs
  • self-motivated with a proactive 360° task completion
  • ability to use multiple resources at once to resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner
