- job description: - Perform TIG welding on various metal components according to specifications - Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols - Set up and operate welding equipment, including TIG welders and associated tools - Clean and prepare surfaces for welding by removing rust, dirt, grease, or other contaminants - Assemble and tack weld parts prior to final welding - Conduct quality inspections to ensure welded components meet standards - Maintain a clean and organized work area
