- we’re currently recruiting for a Team Leader on our Day Shift to be based at our site in Aylesbury. We run a large fleet with 100 vehicles, and 200 drivers. This is working flexible working times
- ensure all process and procedures are followed and that we operate a safe and efficient environment
Requirements
- previous experience supervising and developing a team within a complex transport environment
- proven experience within transport and a good understanding of compliance and driver hours Job
- it’s important you have exposure of working in a fast-paced environment – no two days will be the same and we need you to think on your feet
