Requirements

  • l Be aware of local and national quality standards for all aspects of primary care
  • l Identify potential clinical and organisational improvements to enhance and improve integrated care and services to patients
  • l Ensure that the PCN meets all Health and Social Care Act requirements
  • l Assist in the production of information for clinical audit as requested by other members of staff or the Board
  • l Explore all possibilities for future development with outside agencies
  • l Work with the ICB to validate patients’ information, performing regular checks and quality audits
  • l Develop new policies, standards, SOPs and guidelines as required
  • l Effectively manage their own time, workload and resources

Responsibility

  • l To provide expenditure details to the Board and Practices, highlighting variances from the project budget
  • l To monitor and evaluate effective implementation of the DES contract, reporting on milestones and KPIs
  • l All HR related activities for ARRS roles and other staff employed directly by AHSL
  • l Report monthly to the Board the financial positioning
