the team is in search of a Vice President to support the continued commercialization of AB’s Private Alternatives platform
the Vice President will support the team in continuing to accelerate the expansion of AB’s Commercial Real Estate Lending businesses across the US and Europe, which are anticipated to grow significantly over the next several years
assist the lead for Commercial Real Estate Strategy to drive the ongoing commercialization of AB’s Commercial Real Estate Lending businesses, in close collaboration with the Co-Heads of Private Alternatives Business Development
in partnership with the relevant investment teams, drive commercialization planning and structuring for all facets of the Commercial Real Estate Lending-related product initiatives including organic initiatives as well as M&A and other inorganic initiatives, contributing at a technical level across all aspects of the new product lifecycle including product evaluation, business planning, negotiation, fund structuring, launch, etc
