  • ensuring every driver is given correct route and delivery/collection point risk assessment, ensuring the vehicle allocated is correct for all duties
  • organising schedules and routes, planning next day deliveries using company IT system
  • briefing and debriefing drivers, dealing with any driver or customer queries and overall admin within the transport office
  • any other ad-hoc duties as required
