Responsibility
we are looking for candidates that can demonstrate that they have experience in an administrative role
there will also be tasks relating to providing clients with financial reports and invoicing
no previous experience in the Parking Industry is necessary, as full training and ongoing support and mentoring will be provided
the successful candidate will be responsible for the handling of correspondence relating to Parking Charges that have been issued to motorists that were parked in breach of the advertised terms and conditions
once fully trained, you will be responsible for handling everything from scanning postal correspondence that has been received, to responding to emails from motorists and clients
manage incoming and outgoing emails
Requirements
the successful candidate will be reliable, enthusiastic, and have an eye for detail
happy to be active and proactive in the role
excellent written and verbal communication skills
happy to work on your own using your own initiative
we use cloud-based software for managing our cases; therefore, computer skills are a must
you must be a fast learner and be able to work on your own initiative once fully trained
once fully trained, you will mostly be lone-working; therefore, you must be comfortable in your own company
there will be occasions when you will be required to handle telephone calls from motorists; therefore, you must have the capacity to remain calm and professional should calls become heated
