Responsibility
- ensuring the brewing and cellaring teams in Lockwood, Tempus and THFC can perform all their daily duties
- coordinate Brewing and Packaging Plan for Lockwood, Tempus and THFC with Planning Dep. and ensuring production goes on like planned
- responsible for signing off beers for packaging
- WPM- Reporting on Brewing activities
- manage projects relating to optimising brewhouse, cellar processes and efficiencies in Lockwood, Tempus and THFC
- delegate optimisation projects amongst the brewing and cellaring team and supervising the individuals throughout
- manage all NPI projects at LW, THFC and Tempus. Support other teams on this
- responsible for the rota structure, to ensure that all daily and weekly tasks will be performed by the team successfully and efficiently
Requirements
- to partake in any developmental training as required in compliance with the company standard
- minimum 3 years’ experience in a Brewing environment, preferably in a leadership role
- preferred Qualification, BD General Certificate, IBD Diploma, MSc in Brewing
- read and comply with company rules, procedures, agreements and any notices displayed by the Company
- confident and empathetic leader with strong communication and motivational skills
- increasing your understanding of the art and science of brewing through study and investigation
- demonstrating the ‘Beavertown Way’ to visitors and clients through knowledge, enthusiasm and hospitality
- experience in ensuring employees work productively and develop professionally, overseeing recruitment and training of new employees
