  • project manage and delivery of our core training offerings to our customer group through classroom, virtual, online learning and coaching
  • communicate confidently with people at all levels, including Senior Management
  • partner with stakeholders by using a range of techniques to obtain an initial brief and investigate and analyse data to validate the need for a learning intervention and its method
  • gain buy-in from senior stakeholders by presenting relevant and innovative solutions. Design, build and deliver on the proposed solution and depending on the level of intervention requirement and business impact
  • build effective working relationships with all levels of Leadership , peers and other learning and development functions, together with relevant external organisations to deliver business results from learning and development plans and solutions
