Responsibility
- you will also be responsible for supervising our team of labourers and sub-contractors on a daily basis
- the type of work will vary depending on the remedial specifications and will be allocated to you on a daily basis
- basic to complex carpentry
- groundwork alterations
- you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of domestic and commercial reactive maintenance works in and around the Bristol region, reporting to the Reactive Maintenance Contracts & Project Manager
- general repairs to buildings
- jobs will be allocated to you on a daily basis and you will work independently or with other company labourers and/or sub-contractors whilst maintaining and building strong client and employer relationships
- digging underground drainage, repairing collapsed pipework and installing soakaways
Requirements
- joinery

- knowledge and/or training in
- effective problem solver
- an understanding of the construction industry
- first Aid Awareness
- excellent communication skills
- experience of working in a team, ideally maintenance teams
