Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • this will cover WordPress and plugin updates, testing forms and fixing broken links on a monthly basis
  • you will also be responsible for client liaison, reviewing and managing the process to identify areas for improvement
  • you will be the 'go to person' for ad hoc changes to client websites, owning the process from beginning to end whether that be providing a quote and timeline, liaising with other Account Managers and implementing all changes accurately
  • you will own the website maintenance process for all existing and new clients to ensure that client websites are kept up to date, secure and are working as they should be
  • you will provide wider support to the team with the delivery of digital marketing strategies for clients, including monthly reporting, social media management, content creation and email marketing
  • you will take ownership of the All Things Web Limited website to ensure it is kept up to date and improved in line with the agreed development schedule

Requirements

  • experience of troubleshooting website errors and issues
  • at least 1 year business experience in designing, building and working on WordPress websites including using WordPress themes and plugins
  • be able to Install WordPress and put a site live without support
  • understand Google Analytics & Search Console including how to set them up
  • knowledge of CSS, HTML and JavaScript
  • experience using Canva or other image design tools
  • excellent time management, organisation and communication skills
  • basic understanding of SEO
