Responsibility
- the role will involve care monitoring, medication audits, handling complaints, updating care plans, service users feedback and all Care Assessments
- monitoring housing related support, managing shopping lists, ordering medications, managing client's appointments, ensuring finances are up to date and correct
- carrying out appraisals, regular staff supervision, undertaking new staff inductions and investigations
- implement and devise individualized care plans and support goals
- collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care
Requirements
- minimum 3 years experience working in a similar care setting
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- preferably the applicant should have a minimum relevant care qualification, such as NVQ Level 3, QCF, or equivalent and the ability to demonstrate an excellent leadership skill
- care home: 2 years
