Requirements
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent
- level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or willingness to undertake training to achieve this
- willing to register as a manager with OFSTED
- knowledge of the Children’s Homes Regulations and the Social Care Common Inspection Framework
- able to communicate to a high standard with a range of people using a variety of communication aids
- experience of working with children and/or adults with disabilities at a senior level
- able to work as part of a team, and to work independently, using own initiative
- can demonstrate knowledge and understanding of operational management within service provision
