Responsibility
- conduct regular financial analysis, performance evaluations, and variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- provide insightful financial reports and recommendations to the executive team, highlighting key financial metrics and areas of improvement
- ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards
- collaborate with external auditors and manage the audit process to ensure successful completion of annual audits
- develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow, including efficient accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- manage relationships with financial institutions and negotiate banking facilities to support business operations
- financial Planning and Analysis:Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and decision-making
- implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CPA or equivalent qualification
- proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in a manufacturing, engineering, or construction-related industry
- strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, regulations, and standards
- proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- strong leadership and people management abilities
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
