- prepare detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations for energy improvements
- communicate effectively with clients to explain assessment results and suggest appropriate solutions
- negotiate with suppliers and contractors to secure the best options for clients regarding energy-efficient products and services
- manage time efficiently to ensure all assessments are completed within scheduled timelines
- provide exceptional customer service throughout the assessment process, addressing any queries or concerns from clients
- stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to energy efficiency and sustainability
- utilise IT skills to maintain accurate records of assessments and client interactions
Requirements
- proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the energy or building sectors
- strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
- demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to various assessment locations as required
- familiarity with energy efficiency measures and technologies is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
