  • proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the high-end refurbishment or construction industry
  • strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, quality standards, attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
  • exceptional project management and leadership skills
  • excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • sound financial acumen and budget management skills
  • ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts simultaneously
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Responsibility

  • project Management: Take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously, managing resources, budgets, and schedules effectively
  • client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing their concerns promptly
  • team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, including subcontractors, to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standards
  • contract Compliance: Ensure that all project activities adhere to contractual agreements and legal requirements
  • quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of work and ensure that it meets our company's high standards
  • budget Management: Control project budgets, report on financial performance, and implement cost-saving measures where appropriate
