Responsibility
- ability to undertake secondary trades such as plastering, basic roof/joinery repairs would be very advantageous to your application
- we are a construction company which provides work and services ranging from building, demo, site clearance, maintenance and more. Our work portfolio covers commercial, historic, industrial, and domestic buildings within the Nottinghamshire area
- we are looking for a groundwork operative to join us who can bring plenty of experience to our team to deliver high standards of work. You should be confident in your abilities along with a main trade qualification or time served trade experience
- duties will include excavating/casting new foundations and all elements of groundwork in residential homes, commercial properties, and outside spaces. The ideal candidate will be specialised in Block Paving
- ideally you will own your own tools and vehicle, be capable of carrying out the works to a high standard, be extremely time efficient, to work competently as part of a team and of their own initiative
- candidates with the correct attitude and work ethic will also have opportunities of helping to run sites in a Site Manager capacity
