the successful candidate will be responsible for working with the Customer Service administrative team whose remit is to be the first point of contact for all enquiries and referrals, providing advice and information and managing and processing all referrals appropriately

you will provide high quality administrative support to ensure that all services operate smoothly and efficiently, including support to the technical team and using the CRM system
