Responsibility

  • we are seeking an experienced Manager with a minimum of 3 years' experience to manage our domiciliary care business
  • salary is actively reviewed every 6 months, in line with performance
  • key Responsibilities include
  • managing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance
  • developing effective marketing strategies
  • identifying opportunities for business expansion
  • you will lead and manage our care staff to deliver person-centred care to our clients whilst ensuring our service meets regulatory standards
  • the successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the regulatory framework surrounding domiciliary care, excellent knowledge of health and safety matters, and experience of managing an effective staff team
