  • to lead the organisation’s capability in Health, Safety and Safeguarding
  • to set, agree and deliver mission strategy
  • to set, agree and deliver commercial strategy
  • to manage safe and enjoyable delivery of watersport activities through staff and volunteers
  • to cultivate a culture of customer service
  • to provide the Trustee Board with regular and accurate information
  • staff recruitment, development and HR issues
