Responsibility
- to carry out all fabrication and welding activities as required
- to adhere to all Health and Safety standards
- to adhere to all Quality Standards including ISO 9001 and UKCA marking of Steel works EN 1090
- to operate all machinery and equipment including forklift truck and overhead crane in line with the company’s safe operating procedures
- to attend site to carry out welding procedures to support Hawkins personnel in steel erection projects as and when required
- to assist in steel installations on construction sites and live manufacturing facilities
- any other duties as required by the Specialist Fabrication Supervisors and Steel Director
Requirements
- fabrication and welding: 5 years
- MAG welding: 5 years
- stainless steel: 5 years
- TIG welding: 5 years
