- manage the day-to-day activity of the sales team
- head up the weekly sales meetings to discuss pipeline opportunities
- collaborate with the head of marketing to constantly monitor the number and quality of new enquiries
- develop and implement an ongoing training and development programme, tailored to suit individual personnel requirements
- produce monthly sales reports for the board
- maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency and ensure that company processes and procedures are followed
- in collaboration with the MD, devise and own the 3-Year Sales Vision and translate this into coherent 1-Year and 90-Day Plans
Requirements
- outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- proven and evidential experience as a sales team manager
- in depth understanding of the sales cycle and the ability to coach others in the subject
- previous experience of managing / selling B2C high-end products to HNW individuals is an advantage
- commercial acumen for sound financial business development and margin protection
- good working knowledge of MS office
- excellent organisational and time management skills
- sales management: 3 years
