  • logging job details on in-house management software
  • liaising with field service engineers, including logistics and job/route planning
  • ordering and dispatching spare parts for repairs or quoted works
  • managing planned maintenance contracts
  • handling job completion details from engineers to either invoice or pass to estimators for quoting
  • keep clients updated at every stage of job
  • duty for out of hours call handling
