Requirements
- previous experience as a powder coater or in a similar role preferred
- knowledge of different types of powder coatings and application techniques
- familiarity with spray guns, curing ovens, and other powder coating equipment
- ability to read and interpret work orders and specifications
- attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards
- physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
