Responsibility

  • \* To provide secretarial support to the property fee earners
  • \* Audio typing using digital dictation
  • \* Liaise with clients, solicitors, agents and mortgage lenders
  • \* Deal with basic client queries, and take instruction from clients
  • \* Amend, reformat and in some cases create new documents
  • \* Apply for searches using online services including land registry
  • \* Using HRMC website to complete Stamp Duty Land Tax forms
  • \* Maintain the filing system

Requirements

  • \* Mandarin – speaking & writing/reading to business standard
  • \* Recent residential or commercial property legal secretarial experience would be helpful but not required as training will be provided
  • \* Fast and accurate audio typing skills, including Digital dictation
  • \* Able to prioritise and multitask
  • \* Excellent telephone manner
  • \* Friendly working environment
