Responsibility

  • support our antibody and antibody drug conjugate discovery pipeline through profiling activity of molecules in cell based and in vitro assays
  • participate in scientific discussions by presenting data and suggesting improvements to workflows
  • perform tissue culture of cell lines and primary cells to develop in vitro models of disease
  • culture and differentiation of iPSC for organoid models, potentially using primary patient material
  • use of different assay modalities such as flow cytometry and automated imaging
  • analysis of data from internal and external data sources to support writing of reports and manuscripts
  • characterisation of organoids using cell-assays
  • analyse data, write up and report experimental details

Requirements

  • hold a PhD in a biology related discipline or equivalent experience in industrial or academic research setting
  • experience in culture of iPSCs; establishment of 3D organoids models and experience in culturing of primary cell an advantage
  • the selected candidate will be responsible for an essential lab-based role supporting core experimental activities
  • practical experience with sterile techniques and cell culture of an array of cancer cell lines
  • strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • experience in laboratory cellular biology techniques such as flow-cytometry, ELISA, qPCR
  • your work will be vital to the development of next-generation cancer therapies
