Requirements
to be qualified and eligible to practice as a Solicitor or Legal Executive in England and Wales
at least 1 year PQE in residential property
hold a valid practicing certificate and relevant experience in conveyancing
pay great attention to detail and possess strong analytical skills to identify risks and resolve legal issues effectively
possess a strong understanding of property law, conveyancing processes, and relevant legislation
demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and explain legal concepts clearly

possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex property transactions and resolve disputes
