- liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in property transactions to facilitate a seamless process
- hi, we are currently recruiting on behalf of a law firm based in Chigwell, with their conveyancing department within Loughton , who are seeking a residential conveyancing solicitor to join their expanding team
- perform thorough property searches, encompassing land registry examinations, local authority inquiries, and environmental assessments, to uncover potential property-related concerns

- ensure adherence to relevant legal and regulatory responsibilities, which encompass regulations related to anti-money laundering and data protection

Requirements
- to be qualified and eligible to practice as a Solicitor or Legal Executive in England and Wales
- at least 1 year PQE in residential property
- hold a valid practicing certificate and relevant experience in conveyancing
- pay great attention to detail and possess strong analytical skills to identify risks and resolve legal issues effectively
- possess a strong understanding of property law, conveyancing processes, and relevant legislation
- demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and explain legal concepts clearly
- strong time management skills to handle multiple property transactions simultaneously and meet deadlines
- possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex property transactions and resolve disputes
