Responsibility

  • you will be working within our small team based from our Bricket Wood office, serving London and the Home Counties
  • scheduling operatives, suited to works required
  • ordering materials in advance of works taking place when necessary
  • ensuring that all operatives time is fully utilized and travelling kept to a minimum
  • completing daily any follow up actions needed, for example chasing materials or booking further works
  • liaising with operatives to arrange works and obtain updates
  • continuous monitoring of the productivity of operatives, making amendments to the diary when necessary and managing workload
  • capital Services are looking for an individual with experience in scheduling and programming insurance repair works and who has "excellent customer service skills" and enjoys helping people
