  • ◾ Have a proven track record of at least 3 years managing their own caseload
  • this post is for an experienced candidate who has excellent communication skills, client care skills and the ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
  • you will need to be experienced in dealing with both leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, new builds, auctions, lease extensions and remortgages for example
