knowledge of solicitor’s accounts rules and financial operations
Responsibility
manage HR issues, staff inductions and staff recruitment and assist Directors with appraisals
assist with monitoring and ensuring regulatory compliance
to assist the Directors in managing regular financial reviews, managing cash-flow control, revenue generation and cost reduction
to apply for and ensure Cyber Essentials is up to date
to manage ad-hoc projects as identified by the Directors
to ensure that the firm’s website is up to date
develop and maintain an excellent understanding of the Lexcel and CQS quality standard and manage the annual audits for Lexcel and CQS
to assist the Directors in strategic matters such as marketing activities, competitor analysis and the development of new ideas e.g. for diversification or specialisation
