  • ▪ Dealing with customer enquiries, providing advice, guidance and quotes on system and product choice and requirements
  • ▪ Work within the current sales and technical team to help with organising meetings, training courses, whilst learning about the products
  • ▪ Investigation and resolving of issues experienced by customers during the use of our systems and products
  • ▪ Be able to prepare document for booklets, datasheets, and labels for our products
